Just tried Media Preview 1.4.4.468 beta with Windows 10 Enterprise Technical Preview 6.4.9879 64 bits. Windows 10 keeps deleting the thumbnails after every restart and it also does not care about the Level 2 cache of Media Preview. Exactly the same that with Windows 8.1 Update 1. Microsoft sucks. :x

Today I tried updating the libav codec dlls on the Media Preview folders (both x86 a x64) with latest versions from http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com and http://libav.org but no luck with the lag.
