OK I figured it out.
If I use VLC as default on .mpg files, IE gives the message in my screenshot.

It used to open WMP and now it don't.
Could this be related to Media Preview?

Can you try to double-click the attached reg file, then click yes on the prompt box asking if you really want to modify the registry, and try to fiddle again with the advanced settings of the config tool? You shouldn't need to reboot your machine, and this should solve your issue. If it indeed solv...

Here I tried with winamp as default.
It seems to not matter, overlay won't remove.

I am using win 7 x64.
I tried to use winamp as default player on flv's but it just shows the winamp overlay.
So no matter what player I use, the overlay is there to stay.
And as I mentioned, the reel image won't wont on flv's either.

Other than that it is working ok, thanks for your work.
