I found it actually. It is in .Negatron.

I am trying to run Negatron under linux. On the first screen, I entered the location of MAME and pointed to "mame64", and the language was set to "English (United Kingdom)". When I started, this appears in BASH: May 13, 2019 11:22:51 PM net.babelsoft.negatron.NegatronApp start SE...
