Tiff option is dimmed in Win 10

I'm running Media Preview Configuration 1.4.3.429 in Win 10 64-bit, and for some reason Tiff section is dimmed and not possible to setup in Image Formats section?
The support for tiff is done through a third-party library, which have a very bad support for tiff, something I realised when I did some serious testing sessions. So instead of proposing it, I disabled its support to avoid users having a very bad experience and to avoid me having to answer all the ensuing questions
