Hello

I have a video file, Flash Video (.flv), in which the content does not appear in the icon

I have the: Media Preview installed

Is the problem in the Media Preview or in the video file?

It may be because the video file is corrupted OR because Media Preview cannot extract a thumbnail even though the video file a valid for some reasons. The Flash Video format is quite a complicated one to manage, so Media Preview cannot show anything most likely because of the complexity of the Flash animation within the Flash Video file.
