Since I started using it every time I open a folder, they keep loading the icons forever.
I already tried clearing the cache and nothing.
Deactivate all the options of the program and everything remains the same.
I use Windows 10 and now I can't even get it back to normal.

If you can't get your machine back to normal even after deactivating all the options or uninstalling Media Preview and then rebooting your machine, this means something else is slowing down your computer. I can't help you any further here as I don't know what else you installed on your machine.

I'm also on Windows 10 and everything's work fine here. Try to disable anything else that may generates thumbnails or icons in Explorer.
