Unable to delete movie files with MP-1.4.0.404

In windows explorer under XP SP3 and with 2GB video files (.avi in MJPEG) we are not able to move or delete files.
Using previous release 1.3.1.343 solve the problem.

I reproduced the issue on Win XP. I'll come up with a fix by Monday.

I already found a fix for this. I don't understand why the behavior changed as the file handling mechanism was the only thing that didn't change at all, maybe another side effect of FFmpeg new way to memory management.
Anyway, thanks to this, I also fixed another potential memory leak, I'll add the new command line switches you asked for in another thread, and I should release the new version this evening or tomorrow.
