Thumbnail manual selection on individual files. I voted for this, and it would be supremely useful. Even if you could allow a cut and paste of .ico file made by the user with a screen grab of a specific part of the video. Some way to specify what part of the video would be used for the icon preview would be amazing. Right now, I can't tell which video files are which, because the icon preview is from some random part of the video I don't recognize.
