No Thumbnails for Windows 7

Good Day to the developers.

Thanks for the software. I was directed here when I was suffering from a dllhost.exe 'error'.

My problem was solved when I installed Media Preview.

However now, I do not have any thumbnails.

I have applied all the settings, tried filling up the thumbnail cache, dragging folder to live testing, rebooted and tried afew times.

Still no thumbnails.

How should I proceed next?

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1.

Hi genm79,

1/ Try to open Media Preview Config and check if any video formats have been ticked. Else ticked some or all and click on Apply.
2/ If it's still not working, go to the "Testing and Cache" tab, click on "Clear Thumbnail Cache", and reboot to be sure it's effective right away.
3/ If it's still not working, come back to me with an extract of your system registry (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.mkv). If you don't know how to perform this extraction, I'll try to send you another application to perform this automatically.
