dont preview this file types in windows 10 x64:
pdf
dat (video format)
xls, xlsx
pps, ppsx
doc, docx
plz fix it.

Sorry, Media Preview currently doesn't support any of those formats.
You can try to add the .dat as a "user defined extension" through the "video formats" tab of the configuration tool. It should probably work without any issues.
MS Office file formats are very complicated to handle, too many versions and too many functionalities...
It should be possible to add support for pdf files but nothing has been done yet.
