No thumbs in some directories .. xp

windows xp -- in a list of my directories 2 or 3 Dir's wont disdlay thumbs yet if you transfer the files to a working dir they display .It seems the name of the dir is what is stopping the thumb from being generated.if I create a new dir sometimes it will generate the thumbs but not always and it also seems to depend on the name I select.Its not related to any file type.Any ideas I have tried everything I can think of. Great program though!! --Terry
