As a Photoshop user, this has been great for .PSD files and also for .WEBM video files. Recently, possibly related to a Windows update, new PSD files and all WEBM files no longer generate thumbnails. Dropping files onto Live Testing says that it was successful but does not generate the thumbnail in the preview or in Explorer. Any ideas?

Media Preview isn't compatible with PSD files, so I don't know how you could get thumbnails for PSD files.
I don't have any issues with any versions of Windows 10. So, I can't help you here unless you send me some files so I can test them locally.
